  We will step in and "fill in for you" while you are on vacation making sure your pet is walked, fed, provided with fresh water, medicated as directed and that they receive lots of love and one-on-one attention.
  
  
• To Look After your home while you are away:
  We will provide your home with security to ward off burglars while you are away (adjust blinds, alter lights) We will also bring in mail, newspaper and water household plants to give your home that "lived-in" look & clean-up after your pets so you can arrive to a tidy home!

  All of our Pet Sitting Visits Include the Following:
  • Walking and/or let out (you choose)

  • Medications if needed (extra fee for insulin/subQfluids)
  • Cleaning up after animals/litter box cleanings
  • Taking in the mail/newspaper

  • Alternating lights/blinds for security purposes
  • Regular updates by email or phone if desired (or you can always call to check in with your sitter.)
  • We will leave you a note after the visits to let you know how everyone did.
  • Back-up pet sitter for emergency purposes (2 copies of a key will need to be provided to utilize back-up services.)

  Late Booking Fees:
  For pet sitting services, we ask for a minimum of
  72hrs advance notice for additions/cancelations. We will be happy to accomodate last minute changes/emergencies when our schedule allows.
  
  Last minute scheduling fees are as follows:
  +$5/reservation (less than 48hrs notice)
  +$10/reservation (less than 24hrs notice)
  
  Cancellations:
  72hour notice or more: No Fees Apply
  Note: During the week of a major holiday, at least 5days notice is needed
  Less than 48hr Notice: 50% Visits Charge
  Less than 24hr Notice: Full Visits Charge
  Please Note: In the event of inclement weather, no fees apply for cancellations due to extreme/unsafe traveling weather. (As it puts our sitters at less risk!)
  
  We do not charge more for extra pets!
  
  Please note: We have a 1-2hr window for arrival time on all our visits. A 1hr window for puppies, elderly animals and special needs companions and we have a 2hr window (ex; sitter arrives btwn 7-9am) for healthy adult dogs/cats. Service hours are btwn 7am-10pm.
  
  In addition to daily pet sitting visits, we also offer 2 other Vacation Sitting Services; Overnight sitting (in your home) and In-Home Boarding (in our sitters' home.)
